Air Fried Chicken Wings

Air fryers are the new appliance everyone should have! Sticking Chicken wings in an air fryer gives them a crispy outer skin and a nice juicy inside. I like to have chicken wings in my fridge or freezer all the time. that way, if I don’t want to make something fancy or I don’t know what to make, I’ll just cut them up, toss them with oil and seasonings, and throw them in the air fryer. Easy, and not as much fat as traditional fried chicken wings. These wings are delicious by themselves or tossed in your favorite wing sauce!

You don’t want to over crowd the fryer when placing food in there. My 6 qt sized fryer can comfortably hold about 2 pounds of chicken wings, so my recipe will be for that amount. If your air fryer holds more, simply multiply my recipe for your amount.

Cooking in the Oven

You may not have an air fryer and that’s ok! You can still enjoy crispy baked wings at home. All you have to do is cook the wings for longer. My recipe takes 30 minutes in the air fryer. In an oven, I would cook them for 45 minutes to an hour.
